MEMBER ACCESS

Members pay a fee for use of this unique air-conditioned hangar space for aviation purposes. Access to the crew quarters is included with use of the hangar whether you use it or not. The defining quality of the property is that it is on a secured-fenced airport and exceptionally quiet. You can access the property via the gates near the main FBO at Aransas County Airport or through a smaller gate. The crew quarters consist of a single-story space with storm shutters on all windows and access through the hangar. There are 3 quiet rooms, living and dining area and 2.5 bathrooms. You will have access to the hangar and crew quarters via a key combination ensuring your privacy and comfort throughout your visit. We hope you enjoy the peace and tranquility that this space allows.

KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING (open floor plan):

An equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats up to six (additional chairs in hangar), a living area with a wide screen smart TV. Full view of private hangar. Comfortable 10' x 10'-foot corner couch.

LARGE ROOM 1:

This room has a Cantwell Mattress Co. king bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

ROOM 2:

This room has a Cantwell Mattress Co. king bed with access to the Bunk Room. The king bed in this room has a twin XL (38" wide x 80" length) trundle bed underneath.

SMALL ROOM 3:

This room is accessible through room 2. Twin XL Bunk Beds. There is an exit door in this room.

BATHROOM IN HALLWAY:

Room 2 & 3 crew share a bathroom space with a walk-in shower. There is an extendable clothesline line above the shower for hanging swimsuits.

1/2 BATHROOM:

Sink and Toilet.

POLICY & HOUSE RULES:

All crew are required to follow the Aransas County Airport Rules. This property is located on an active airport. It is suitable for older children/teenagers under parental or adult supervision. Not equipped for babies, toddlers or young children.

Pets: allowed in hangar only; must be crated when unattended; $50/day Pet fee up to 2 dogs; Dogs only; No Pets inside crew quarters; You are responsible for waste disposal inside of hangar or additional fees apply.

Parties and Events: Not allowed. Parties and Events require separate reservations due to coordination with FBO.

Smoking/Vaping: not allowed inside crew quarter or the hangar
