KRKP is one of the friendliest full-service FBO's in Texas: No tie down fees. Nice late-model courtesy cars also available first come first serve. KRKP Aransas County Airport is a great airport geared for general aviation with two runways: 5610' x 100' and 4499' x 100' asphalt. Excellent customer service and genuinely helpful staff. If you enjoy vintage aircraft, watching airplanes and helicopter taking off this is the place for you! The airport is an all-weather airport with multiple IFR approaches including GPS/LPV approaches to all Runways.
Pilots can use Hangar 321 as a flight destination for flight currency and proficiency.
